Always Something works with local organizations that provide employment services to the developmentally disabled community and those needing assistance with entering the workforce

Always Something thrift store provides a site for organizations to accomplish Community Based Assessments for clients with barriers to employment. The assessments are part of a process used during Vocational Rehabilitation enabling employment specialists to identify any barriers their clients may have regarding employ-ability. This makes it possible for the employment specialist to select a suitable vocational goal, or determine the nature and scope of needs to achieve employment.

Always Something has also formed relationships with other organizations in the local community that serve the homeless, and at risk youth. We donate surplus items such as warm blankets, house wares, and clothing to help these agencies better serve the needs of their clients.
